It is prey much accepted that Jeffries was well past his best when he fought Jack Johnson, but what did he have left? Could he still have beaten men like Al Kaufmann, Stan Ketchell, Luther McCarthy, or even some of the black dynamite crew?
According to what I´ve read Kaufman wasn´t too good...... I can see a easy win over Ketchell.....because his power wouldn´t be a problem for a durable guy like Jeffries... I don´t know much about Luther McCarthy.....
