I thought yet again Watt had it spot on last night, he said throughout Khan was going to get done for persistent fouling and in the end Watt was right.
Watt; scorecard of 113-112 was spot on and compared to some of the analysts on Boxnation (Smith and Mckenizie) it was a welcome relief to have a class pundit on the box. Not sure on what the purpose of Macklin being there was.

Usually i don't like what at all and think he should be gone from sky! However last night he was excellent and really commentated well, he seems to work better when there is a trio of commentators rather than two where you can't hear his voice as much

Watt was spot on last night. The "running" and the deductions cost Khan away from home.

Macklin was also very good IMHO.

I thought he started off poor and kept repeating himself over and over about Peterson's weight. Then he settled down and called the fight right.

I don't think Macklin spoke until the second round and Watt improved - he was unbearable at the start, very biased towards Khan. As Khan got worse he got better, you could say.

I agree. Watt is usually awful but called it right last night.

Watt and Macklin were spot on, Hailing was embarrassing early on.

Watt is usually spot on and is held in high esteem by the boxers.

It was obvious he was going to get done for it, so I don't understand what all the fuss is about.

It was like,... he's going to get done in the minute if he keeps that up, he's still doing it... he's still doing... he's still doing it -repeat *10, warning.. he's still doing it... he's still doing... he's still doing it -repeat *10, oh point deduction shock...

He was remarkably fair after initially creaming himself over Khan's slapping hands in the first. He settled down once he'd wiped himself up.

I was watching the HBO coverage and they were slightly biased in favour of Amir i thought. "Okay, Jim" was atrocious as usual.

Yeah, but it was almost exulting Khan as if he'd set Peterson on fire with the friction from his fast hands.

Sky's crew do that an awful lot - it gets a bit grating. Watt was excellent otherwise though, particularly in the last half.
