Guzman will also weigh more than Arthur on fight night.

Everything relevant is in Guzman's favour.

Unless AA comes in with first class stamina and keeps moving constantly, if he has to, because Guzman moves very well, and unless he brings some good power with that first class stamina...he doesn't have the right gameplan. He doesn't have the power to hurt Guzman, not even to the body, right? Remember, this guy has fast hands and good defence. He'll protect his body and hit back, not worrying too much about his chin. I hope AA doesn't bank on the stoppage win! He needs WORKRATE!!! i.e. stamina, and some decent power to slow Guzman down. He also needs to move very well...if he is flat footed, he is screwed.

Lots of questions, but there always would be. Thats what happens when you step up to the plate at this level.

Arthur has good stamina, and has fought the distance 7 times...so I don't see that as a big problem...finding that extra in the tank to be at his best throughout the fight to win it is the big question with stamina.

Power he certainly has. I think he'll be bigger and stronger than Guzman on fight night. Arthur is, and always has been a very big SF, with a good dig on him. Not saying hands of stone...but hurtful to anyone he hits well. I definitely believe he can hurt Guzman if he connects.

But I agree about being flat footed. It is something he has to constantly ensure doesn't happen. But it is the biggest night of his life...he deserves to lose if he isn't fully focused.

If you keep forcing yourself to have balanced views Decebal, you will pick more and more fights wrong.

Looking at both sides of the coin here is simply inefficient waste of thought.

His stamina, if it's very good, it's not good enough. It needs to be first rate, against Guzman, because that one of the few weaknesses that Guzman has. Excellent stamina + Power + very good, CONSTANT movement and you have a gameplan. Otherwise, Joan is going to stick his hands in your face all night long...whilst resting against the ropes...

I have not mispicked ONE big fight that I took a strong interest in...;)

And...I have a lot to be convinced of, before I pick against Guzman. As I said, I have never even seen AA fight...

I had never watched The Flash fight...I only saw Dirty Derry once...I didn't analyse the fight at all...:conf

I assumed Choi must have been shot at 36 if Frank let his boy fight him for the undisputed title...

Reason I ask about stamina is because I heard that AA wasn't great in that department against Foster...did I hear right? Also...his power didn't look great. Nor his movement or workrate...(I didn't watch the fight though):think

I know it was a lower weight...

    ???

The mongolian, if you just scanned through his record was clearly the talented fighter. Him being aged 36 is a fair enough reason for not picking him however.

The only question is whether Arthur gets stopped (or perhaps just what round).

His chin at bet is average (more likely below) at domestic level.

Gomez stopped him. Foster dropped him. If Guzman looks fit in a few weeks time he will stop Arthur.

It wasn't only his age; it was also the fact that Warren picked him voluntarily.

I'm sure Warren is trying to make all of his fighters lose right now.
