    Yes he could. It's not his fault Manfredo didn't fight back and the ref stepped in, I'm sure Joe would have been happy to continue slapping the **** out of him.

    Not the best stoppage but Manfredo should have fought back...he did the same exact thing vs Chavez

    For the hell of it i watched the vid and the first left that started barrage clearly hurt him, he backed to the ropes Joe flurried

    Manfredo got off the ropes threw a punch Joe Flurried looked like Manfredo missed with 2 then they moved to another corner Joe Flurried and Manfredo missed and they got to the center of the ring

    Joe landed a left to the body that clearly did damage cause Manfredo backed straight to the ropes

    Joe flurried until Manfredo bent back causing the ropes to bend down then he bent forward

    this to a ref looks like a sign to stop a fight, shame was that Manfredo wasnt done but severely out classed

    i dont like the decision but the ref was given his reasons
