    Hello
I'm new to this wonderful board, which I am proud to be a part of. I love boxing history and learning about the men both in and out of the ring, who made a living and their name, in the squard circle. My favorite periods of time are from before the 20th century to the 1950's.
I'm interested in finding out where the boxers of yesterday lived at during their life and will be posting my list shortly. Since this is my first post I thought I'd start with what I call, 'The Joe Louis Tour'. Much of my information was found in his autobiography. I hope you enjoy it. If I've made any mistakes or if anyone has something to add, please let me know.
    Take care
    Bob

Thank you for putting out the WELCOME mat. Unlike many message boards
this one seems to have a loyal group of viewers. Shortly after I posted my
Joe Louis Tour, several more messages followed. I like that in a board.
