    Post your views on how John McDermott can safely make cruiserweight and revive his career after being knocked the **** out by Tyson Fury tonight......

    Week 1

    No doner meat pizzas, margerita only. Burger and chips twice a week, bacon and tomato sarnies for breakfast - not bacon and sausage.

    Two miles per day on the pavement - time < 30 mins.

    Week 2

    Oily fish twice a week, quorn burgers instead of beef, ham sarnies for lunch.

    Two miles per day, < 25 mins.

    Week 3

    Chicken and veg three times per week, chips only once.

    Three miles per day, < 30 mins - an hour in the gym each day.

    Any advance on that, guys?

    Its good to make fun of but in all seriousness I think it is a lot to do with body type. He's like a bigger Juan Diaz, so it is way more pronounced.

    i think he should avoid all this bad advice on here and continue with his current eating regieme and take up sumo wrestling in time for 2012

    It will take years for him to slim down through diet and exersize.
    Lets just admit he needs lyposuction, a gastric band and locking in a deep underground celler/gym between fights where he's fed rations of water and fed dust with an occasional salad leaf.

    He should also be hyonotized to forget that burger king ever existed.
