dougie, the name Johnny Bratton evokes memory's of one of the most gifted fighters of the 1940s. Johnny Bratton had everything Ray Robinson had except Robinson's great height for a WW,[almost 6ft], but Bratton suffered from broken jaws several times, which curtailed his career...I saw him but once ringside in NY, and what a flair he had in the ring !
