    Quigg has regressed under Hearn (career wise), simple.

    He hasn't beaten ONE top contender in his division.

    Frampton, Rigo, Cruz - Why not face them? Even Barry would be a great fight.

    Eddie, either has no clue what to do with him or hasn't got the bottle to out him in the big boys.

    Quiggs 'reign' is making Clev's look like Ali's run in his prime!
