I think he is finished, 168 is a tough division.

At 160 he is too big

He needs to lay off the liquor.

Maybe he should actually prove that he can show up for a fight before your little dick starts getting hard over a "Come Back"

I'm a huge Pavlik fan. Hopefully he is on the Pac-Mosley card cause I'll be there and would get to see him fight in person.

I'd love to see him fight Vera in May, but, I'm guessing that he will get an easier opponent than that.
Probably a blown up 160 pounder now fighting at 168 since it sounds like that is where the fight will be at. Someone along the lines or Ikeke, maybe a Miranda rematch. Or maybe a faded contender guy with some name recognition like Manfredo, Brinkley or Gilbert.

And I want him to come back strong.
He hopefully dealt with his issues and can get his life back on track. Everyone loves a comeback.
And I personally still find it amazing that he checked out of rehab like 10 days before the Martinez fight, was able to lose a bunch of weight to get down to 160 AND was even on the cards thru 8 rounds.

 

he has atleast one more championship run in him. I wish him much luck. Its great he is getting his life back and I hope this translates into a championship down the line.

 

yeah definatly. he's a ko machine and an exciting fighter. anyone can look silly fighting hopkins. plus if he's in good shape and off the licker i see no reason her can't get to the level he was against taylor.

Just needs a better trainer. He has been feeding on the guys that come straight forward and he has no answers when someone moves left or right.

 

F it, why not? Let's go, Kelly, put the booze down and pick up them gloves. Lot of great potential matchups at 168 for him down the road.

 

He has it in him to beat the best at 168. If Bute can't unify then he will beat everyone else. Wish him well, I hope he makes the right decisions.

I hope he bounces back I cant think of another top guy who was so willing to come ahead and just exchange his Miranda and 2 Taylor fights were great
