I thought we discussed this and you agreed he was decent. Come on now VG people don't win belts and millions in prize money if they are garbage at boxing.

Khans been knocked out at every weight hes fought at.

Thats why hes so inactive, hes trying to avoid the sea of sharks that is the top in the WW division.

Floyd was right to fob Khan off. Khan is expect an easy paycheque with minimum work.

Khan can't take a punch and Maidana can't throw one with any real power. They're both very flawed fighters.

 

of course he didn't even come close to taking chinos best shots.
that kd in round one ws brutal, you don't just recover from those shots like it didn't happen. chino could hardly move until midway through the fight.

When I watched the fight I remember Maidana landed several big right hands in the early rounds, even Roy Jones said he can't keep getting hit with them all night. So he definitely took some shots well. Of course he was also hurt towards the end of the fight and either couldn't recover from the shot for a very long time or he looked hurt for longer than he was because he was running scared.

 

round 1 took a **** ton out of chino.
not many fighters would had gotten up never mind make a fight out of it.

he was probably 50% after that kd at best and by round 7 was totally exhausted
