He should've boxed Juan Diaz instead of fighting his fight.

Whenever he did, he had success.

His last fight on Solo Boxeo left me very underwhelmed. Running from journeymen is a no-no.

Real good fighter, one of my favorites in fact, but lacks that extra something to get to that next level. Might actually be on the downslide as I wasn't fully impressed with his latest performance.

I just hope he gets one last crack at a top fighter before it's all said and done.

Kinda strikes me similar as a Rocky Juarez.

Tons of physical skills but a cow playing a ukulele upstairs. A lot of empty space in terms of boxing intelligence.

I wouldn't rule Diaz out in a Peterson fight. AP wouldn't be walking him down with the same level of intensity that Juan did. If Diaz got into a comfortable rhythm he could give Peterson some problems.

Anthony Peterson would over 12 rounds. I don't necessarily trust Julio Diaz to go a hard 12 rounds.

Have you seen AP since that Versus snoozer? I know he shut out Jauregui, but I haven't seen him on TV in a minute...

I MAY be of but Anthony was supposed to fight Edner Cherry on the Pavlik/Rubio PPV card.

That card had real promise til injuries f*cked that all up.

Im not too sure if Peterson signing with Top Rank was a good idea. Before, he used to fight like every other month but ever since he's signed with Arum, he went under the radar. Fighting for huge companies like Top rank can be a bad thing sometimes cuz the younger contenders can be overshadowed by the superstars and put on the shelves..

He was actually supposed to fight Diaz after Cherry fell through on the Pavlik/Rubio undercard but that came apart.

    I wanna see him soon.
