    He not only used illegal head butts, he also used every dirty illegal tactic he could, including elbows, low blows, arm-clamping, etc.

    I don’t know but Lex Luger had a steel plate in his elbow , I recall many finishes from the illegal blows, he made the blue print for Wilder.
