the king of the 130pnds: pac or jmm?

jmm fans says they have the right since they have the belts and easilly schooled mab. but that was only 1 fight.it was controversial since some mab fans said that mab really won it.anyways jmm did so there.
jmm:1-0 by a ud.

pac fans says it's pac since he came back from a loss in his 130 pnds. that was a close ud loss! some says em was shot but i don't get it: if em was shot at that time, then howcome you expect em to at least match a pure 140pnds in diaz if not(in my own book) outpointed dd although not necessarily controlled the ring?
next pac came back by beating velasquez. velasquez was never k.o. after 32 fights before facing pac! and that was along time ago in 97'.
then it was em again. pac ko's em for the first time in his career in rnd 10 after being outboxed in the first half of the fight.
then it was larios.larios was a former champ in superbantam, defeated hussein the same guy who pac critics said defeated pac(what?! defeated pac by being dirty?) who went up to face pac. pac won by a ud. this is where some analyst said that pac was adding something "new" to his arsenal.
then pac faced em again and defeats him in a dominating fashion via rnd.3 tko.pac wins fighter of the year award.and #2 in boxing p4p.
pac faces solis.an undefeated caliber,ko him in rnd.6.

this is my assesment above if you like to compare who has a better resume which some blind jmm fans like to disregard.atsch

i was merely comparing their resumes in 130pnds.
some jmm fanatics have actually argued that jmm should be the #1 130pnds since he have the belts.
if so then justify.
