Not because they are tall other tall fighters in the division are not good and have been beaten by small fighters hate to admit it but the boring ****s are good.

I'll still root against them until a Klit fan can admit Vit legitimately lost via TKO to Lewis no excuses no bull**** if the fight continued he would have been blinded and knocked out.

They are better then all other HW's out there but size does factor into that.

Povetkin, Valuev and Dimentriko are all equal in size and taller than the Klits and Dimentriko was destroyed by small Eddie Chambers Skill is more important thn size and these big boring **** are skilled.

They could not do the same if they were smaller guys, fact.

I'm inclined to believe that they may be more devasting if they were smaller. The size helps them to win shut-outs though. Imagine a faster Vitali or a more mobile and agile Wlad, **** would be scary.

    I am klit fan..
It was a legit stoppage, Vitali's vision was in danger..
Lewis won the fight, even though he was losing until the cut.. A win is a win, the refs simply followed the rules..
Klitschko wanted a rematch, cant blame him for that, he was comfortably winning until Lewis opened him up.
Lewis didnt want to take the rematch.. Cant blame him for that either, he was.. 37 or 38 at that point? If he felt like he didnt have the hunger, then retiring was the right thing.

easy logic - but completely true :)

Vitali lost via TKO to Lewis and Lewis punches caused the cut. No problems with saying that. However, without the cut, the fight could have ended differently. It's not fair to say that Lewis would've won without the cut.

    Vitali could.

I'm very impressed with his skills and his demeanor.

Honestly, despite not facing a great level of opposition, I'm feeling that Vitali is one of the greats.

They are very good fighters, there's no doubt about that.

But their size enables them to be that good.

Vitali did what he always does last night, he kept Adamek at bay with a very long jab, his sheer size not allowing Adamek to get in close and land anything meaningful.

If he were the same size as Adamek, he would not be able to do this.

That is the reason we have weight catagories.
Do we need a super heavy catagory?
    I dont know.

What is so frustrating about both brothers is that even with all their physical advantages, they choose to fight safe and never put on the fireworks.

Yes, it works for them, but it is really dull to watch and is the main reason they have so many haters.

You think Povetkin is taller than the Kltischkos? No. But, the point that it's obvious to anyone with sense that it's not just size is a good one. If either brother fought Dimitrenko or Valuev, it would be a comical mismatch. But they've both fought guys their size and won very convincingly with the exact same style already, making it pretty ridiculous that people keep saying it's only size.

Their size is their number 1 advantage. For them it is at least 60% of their advantage, plus the fact that all of their available competition is "B" level at best. :yep

It factors into it just like Tommy Hearns' size and reach factored into his boxing ability, or any other boxers who utilised their physical gifts like RJJ in his prime. You can only make do with what you have, and the true essence of boxing should be using what you're given to hit and not get hit. There have been plenty bigger boxers than the Klits, with longer reach who never did anything.

They would fight different alltogether, but who can control distance and timing the way they do at heavyweight?

Vitali is a natural born fighter, he'd beat people up even if he was 5'11, he'd find a way... because he's a god damned beast.
