Tired argument but the brothers are really good boxers in a really poor era for their division. It is not their fault that they have no real competition. Vitali is the better of the two. Wladimir is much improved but beatable. I think Cooney, Holmes, Ali, Foreman and Lyle would all been able to beat Wladimir. Would have been a really tough fight for any of them against Vitali.

they are pretty good, but the mere fact that two brothers can own the heavyweight title and keep it for years says something about how poor the competition is right now - no way two brothers could have done that at any time is heavyweight history previously.

For Gods sake, one of them has had time enough out to do a 3 year PHD!

Roy Jones took a heavyweight title in the last decade but theres similarly no way a LMW would at any point in previous history be able to take the HW title, the only close exception is a MW during the embryonic years of HW titles.
