Wow you still dreaming that Lennox had razors in his gloves to get the stop against Vitali? That's some funny ****, now TKO6. Take a deep breath and get over the trauma that prime Vitali was unable to stop an under trained and uninterested Champ at the end of his career.
I never thought of that. But the fact remains that the reason Vitali lost was because he had been drugged, injected with some numbing serum, and took a dive because Team Lewis kidnapped his mother and threatened to make her watch a copy of Wlad vs Ibragimov that the US and UK governments worked together to get from the future. Had it not been for all that, you bet the result would have been Lewis TKO 7.:good
Because he BEAT everyone, if you carry on you will lose at some point. Lewis retired after beating everyone including your Champ who quit against Byrd. and don't cry back about how he was injured, he wasn't hitting Byrd with ****. He quit because he was frustrated because Byrd wasn't just standing there. Lewis prime>Klit prime. TKO6
Vitali ALLOWED Lewis to turn him into a pizza face b/c as soon as the gash opened up over his eye the ref started inspecting it. He then decided to forgo any defensive effort knowing Lewis power was nothing in comparison to his legendary chin. However....the first cut....the one that started his complete lapse of defense......was started by a butt, dread rub then turned into a facial vagina by an OH right, then further opened by butts, rubs, and glove scrapes. Lewis was a fouling genius. Almost as good as Holyfield, Golota, or Ruiz. Vitali OTOH has never been one to foul. Wlad.....he's learned to use Lewis' jab an grab almost as good as Lewis did. He hasnt got the dreads for the rub though.:nono
didnt he retire at the end of the 9th round? You really think he was frustrated enough to not bother for the last 3 rounds? He obviously considers himself a sportsman, not just a human pitbull. If a hockey player is hurt, he'll go on the DL. Same with any sport. Theres only so many Bobby Baun's out there, and most are Canadian, willing to play through an injury, with no regard for their future. I bet if it was Vitali's last fight of his career, he wouldn't have retired. Kinda like the Chisora fight.
