My point and my bone of contention generally is nationlistic pride in fighters.


I am British and I have suppported Eubank, then Roy Jones and then Vitali Klitschko as my favourite fighters in person over the last 15 years, and I have seen none of the hate directed towards Roy Jones for instance in his prime and when he was winning that is now being given to Vitali and his very very lesser brother, on the internet forums such as ESB. There is a crusade right now by the yanks against the Klits, and alot of poster here are on it and believe it rather than actually make their own minds up by the evidence of their own eyes.

Its really sad that so many Americans are brainwashed.

Trust me...I hate racial topics...They never tend to go in the right direction...My thing was with you was when you stated that they're being hated on because he's white...Now thats not true at all and I'm glad that you pointed that out (see the bold about Roy) I think its more of them winning and knocking people out...Everybody doesnt like that...As strange as this might sound...People want to see KO and the also want to see the best get beatin some times...Sound kinda crazy but thats how it works my man...I for one will take nothing away from the Klit. brothers because they handle their business and all class outside of the ring...but from what I've been reading from other and hearing (outside of ESB) is that they're style is some what boring...I agree to an extend that Wlad can be a little more better as far as entertainment wise. (meaning taking a little risks to get your opponent out of there quicker) Vitali is very entertaining to watch because he takes the possible risk to satisfy his fans...I think the public want to see an all out war in the HW division...You can thank Tyson for that bar being so high. (just my personal opinion on the matter:good)

Edit: Let me also add that Roy did recieve hate during his championship reign also. As they say every successful man will have a pack of haters.

 

Haye would get whompt no matter what

 

Look what Joe Louis had to accept to get the title shot vs. Braddock. Braddock's team got a % of I believe all of Louis's title fights. Louis accepted because he knew he would beat Braddock and wanted the title shot before Schmeling got it.

Besides, considering the disrespect davey haye showed both Klitschkos, how could you expect them to treat davey with reciprocal respect? Nevertheless, daveyhaye signed the contract and accepted the terms, which were going to earn him a lot of $, before faking out with the bogus fraudulent back injury.

davey haye has shown himself to be a f****** joke - when standing next to the big boys of the HWT universe - and this will be universally known in just a matter of time.
