For years now I have been on boxing forums and websites and I have read all about the "mighty Klitschkos" and how no one can beat them. People have even gone on to say that both Klits would beat fighters like Ali or Foreman or a young Tyson. But what gets me the most, out of all of this madness, is that fight fans have actually grown to like the way that both of the Klits fight. And that is just unacceptable. Wouls people have revered Tyson if he jabbed and grabbed for 12 rounds? Would they have loved Ali for it? Would Joe Louis get that much pub if he jabbed Schmeling for 15 rounds and grabbed him too. When was the last time either Klit Koed a guy so bad that there was NO QUESTION who the best on the planet was. Other fighters have said it and it may be true, if the Klits were of average height, they wouldnt be great boxers at all. Ali lost to Frazier in his biggest fight and then came back to beat him twice. Lewis lost to McCall and Rahman but came back and made one of them cry and KOed the other in perfect fashion. The Purrity and Sanders losses were both never made up for. And to be honest, if Wladimir would have fought Sanders again, he would have been KOed again. Thats why he had big brother do it for him. To me, thats a b!tch move. To have other fighters sign contracts that make you fight "either" brother is ridiculous too. To jab and grab for 12 rounds and yet say that you are the baddest man on the planet is insane as well. Fighters are validated by the wars that they fight. Vitali quit on his stool once and when he fought an old Lewis, he lost. And almost had his entire face removed in the process. To me, that doesnt seem like championship behavior. Wladimir's losses were some of the worst and that is why he fights the way he does today, so that no one can get to that weak chin of his. To me thats whack. He doesnt have to KO every oponent but if you are fighting the Tony Thompsons of the world then you should KO these guys in 2-5 rounds at least. And the fact that an old Briggs lasted 12 rounds with Vitali is laughable. Lewis KOed that dude in his prime. Neither one of these fighters fight with any passion and they dont inspire the younger generation to box. To be great, you have to be willing to put yourself on the line and go for it, not jab and grab for the whole fight until your guy is all softened up. Thats the real reason these guys are not on HBO. Thats also the reason I dont think that they are that great of fighters either.

I don’t think beating a then WBA heavyweight champion Valuev would have erased everything they did before that.

Vitali rarely clinches. If you want to see a lot of clinching watch Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson.

He basically said that Sanders beat the **** outta Wlad and then even after Wlad had his big brother handle Sanders, Sanders still felt he deserved another crack at Wlad which HE DID.

Wlad conviently avoided fighting Sanders again because he didn't enjoy getting the **** beat outta him.

Meanwhile, reality tells us Sanders denied Wladimir an immediate rematch and relinquished the WBO title.
