On July 3rd, I cannot wait to get back on here and read all of the excuses this time. Wladimir was drugged, he was dehydrated etc. And hopefully Adamek can run for 12 rounds against Vitali and then we can actually have two champs that fight each other and fight more than once or twice a year. The woman remark from me was made to make you guys understand that Men think logically and women think emotionally. When you Klit fans talk about the Klits, you are not thinking logigally, you are thinking emotionally and that can lead to rash decisions and crazy talk, just like women do when they argue with us.
I guess it is kind of pointless to debate all of this with you guys, when you say that guys like Juan Carlos Gomez will be in the boxing Hall of Fame just to make the Klits' resume look better. Or blame Don King or Saunderland for both Klits not fighting Valuev. More excuses for your heroes. I will see everybody here on July 3rd.

Who do you blame for Lennox not fighting Bowe? :huh

You realize promoters do play a role in fight negotiations. Sauerland was on record in 2008 saying that Valuev - Wlad can't happen unless it is on ARD (Sauerland TV station). That's when the fight fell apart.

-Not sure what the outcome of Haye/Wlad has to do with your HOF question. Your coming off like a bitter twat now. You certainly have a personal stake in the fight, so I'll be sure to troll and harrass you after July 3rd if things don't go your way.

-Wow, you are also sexist. Between known racist Nay-Sayer and the usual cast ofr weak wind up trolls, great representation of the Klit-Haters.

-Years before the Vitali fight, Juan Carlos Gomez from 98-01 was the man at Cruiser with 11 title defenses and will go down as one of the all time greats in the division; Toney wanted no part of him. His HW run was decent but after all the drug problems, Vitali was an obvious cash out. He would not be a bad HOF selection down the line. Do you only follow Klit fights, hater?

I would have prefered if you would have replied to my argumentation. You complain when K'fans dont answer to all your stuff, but you hide from answering yourself. This is probably one of the reasons to why some label you as a biased hater, rather than a real fan of the sport.

I have to say that all women I know are more rational in their argumentation and less emotional compared to you. But maybe they are exceptions from the norm?

    :D

Yawn. For some people glass is always half-empty. Some newspaper archives to refresh your memory:

1998: " Everything you- needed to know about the current sad state of boxing in general and the heavyweight division in particular was revealed in a span of three days in the last week"

1994: "And so the heavyweight boxing division is in a time warp, not to mention a shambles, not to mention a state of incredulity. George Foreman, old, fat and immobile, won two-thirds of the available titles Saturday night."

1988: "Tyson looks unbeatable, especially given the sorry state of the heavyweight division."

1984: "Usually, the heavyweight division carries boxing, but it's a disaster."

1982: "Tonight's match (Holmes-Cobb), of course, reflects the sorry state of heavyweight boxing, once the most important division in the game."

:deal Fanatastic post that really puts things in perspective. Anyone who's been around long enough will see the same tired complaints of every future great. You figure these posters would be wise to it if they've followed as long as they claim...but no, every new generation is the worst ever, while the previous was the "golden years."

Remains me of an Ice Hockey book from 1979 that I read, saying that Ice hockey is dying in Finland, because younger generations don’t play outside on their free time anymore.

Now people are saying that there won’t be great Finnish talents like in 80ths and 90ths, because younger generations don’t play outside on their free time anymore.
