This is FACT. People were lining up to fight Ali Marciano, Dempsey, you name it, with the exception of Young Foreman, now he was feared.

The reason the Brothers don't get the fights is not because they are afraid to fight, it's because the best fighters know damn well that if they bide their time, they can get a FREE pass at the WBA.

As for eras, it's all relative. I can't see Joe Frazier beating Chambers, Peter or even Haye, yet he somehow pulled it off against Ali. Pure determination. RESPECT!

Young Foreman is basically a toughman contestant. Wildly swingin for the fences with every breathe he took. You really think I give a **** if UK fighters are in there? If it's justified then it's justified, which is why WALDO should be in there. So should Fraudley and Khan, and Haye should be around number 9 or 10 too. WALDO should be around number 4 or 5.

That's the thing, I'm not biased, I just take the **** out of people who obviously are. Incidentally Khan should be in the bottom half of the top 10 now after surviving that final couple of rounds against Maidana. Chins do improve with age, occasionally. Ali's certainly did, as did Holyfields.

Cooper was considered a warm up fight for Ali, his record is equal to pretty much most warm up fights these days. Ali got caught as a 21 year old and took matters into his own hands in the very next round. He also beat the **** out of Cooper again a few years later for good measure.

Now compare that to WALDO v Purrity again?

Sanders career was actually finished before he even fought WALDO if you actually followed boxing back then. Sanders only became a 'beast' after he shattered WALDO's fragile glass chin.

Hell WALDO only avenged the Brewster loss once Brewster was medically suspended in the US due to his eyesight problems.

 

Brewster's eyes werent an issue until after the fight according to the man himself, and he admits he didn't know how the hell he beat Wlad the first time. He thought Wlad was sick or something.
