That would be a big, big mistake.

I never saw him before today. But I went and watched old fights of his. He has a lot of talent and a huge frame.

When Haye and Vitali leave the scene, there could be an opening for him down the line, I think.

Ha ha -- I hear you on that one! We never really get older than 25, right? :hey

Glad to hear you get to spend some time with the family. That's important, and rejuvenating. Enjoy -- and Happy Birthday! :good:thumbsup

Sam Peter has always been a fat, slow, crude, unskilled bum. His standing in this current heavyweight division shows how **** this era is.

Imagine a scrub like Peter facing someone like a prime Lewis, now that would be funny:rofl

This was a hell of the fight. After this fight they change Peter“s style, he tries to box more. Since that time he was never be the same.

In 2010 he was in a very good shape again, but lost again.

Peter's face looked terrible after the first fight with Vlad. Vitali beat him almost to death, then Vlad once again with brutal knockout!!!

Yet another Sad display of nutthuggery from a Clitfanatic, Sanders was a nobody, Nate Tubbs and Rahman had KO'd him.

    Exactly.

Look at some of the old school ATGS as an example. Some of them lost badly, sparked the **** out, yet came back strong because they had mental fortitude and desire.

Nowadays it seems everytime a fighter loses 2 fights in a row it was the first guy who "damaged" the fighter, it's laughable.

Fact is if Peter had true commitment and desire he wouldn't have lost to Helenius.

I figured his chin was wrecked after the first fight with Wlad. Remember the 12th round when he finally was staggered with the left hook??

After that he gradually got more and more susceptible to power punchers in every following fight.

Fighting Wlad AGAIN sure as **** didnt help, especially after Vitali had mauled him so badly

If Wlad didn't have a panic attack, he would've been able to KO Peter, again we are talking about fat, lazy, slob who refuses to learn how to box or even show up in decent shape, before he even fought Vitali he was nearly KTFO by a shot McCline, Peter chooses to be a fat lumbering plodder which is why he lost tonight.

Never seemed much of a problem in the 40's and 50's when fighters fought regularly, even after being KOed. It can be a bit of an overused term. It usually happens when a fighter has to drain so much, and then if he gets chinned he might not have the same reserve. Or if you get KOed back to back so viciously. Like what happened to Roy Jones Jr, and possibly Hatton.

When you're 260 pounds and not conditioned you're punch resistance is not going to be the same. Wlad finished Peter good but didn't knock him out cold this... that's because Peter was actually in decent shape. The K brothers will get credit for anything, though.

I'm not arguing that, I agree with most of your points...My point is I don't think wlad 'ruined' Peter, although he could have KO'd him had he not been dog tired and probably the most surprised guy in the arena...Peter should of KO'd wlad too in that fight...

McCline was the first to put him down, 3 times, he really should have KO'd Peter...If there was a 'chin cracking' that was it...But again, Peter was in that fight...

Vitali broke Peter mentally and physically, that was a one-sided beat down...If Peter was destroyed as a fighter, that was the night...

And Peter is still as lazy as before...
