I don't think Ali or Frazier were feather fisted but many of KNN"s statistics do have credibility. KO ratio & the quality of opposition (win loss record) are highly relevant.
KO ratio means absolutely **** all. Is Valero a greater fighter than Barrera? Its about WHO you knock out, not just Wlad's 50 or so F up to C+ level KO's. As for quality of opposition, you think win/loss record means anything?atsch You must consider Valuev a true great then, much better record than Wlad in fact. I feel like I am trying to explain why 2 + 2= 4 to a ****ing toddler, seriously. Countering your 'argument' is like thrashing a horse so dead its just skeleton. I think my a piece of my brain dies every time I argue with you village idiots.
I would really love to know what it is about the Haye fan boys that they have seen that actually makes them believe this fight will be a walk in the park for Haye. Haye is a God to about a handful of people, the guy cant even sell in the UK. Hayes best win of note was a fight against Mormeck who, was beating Haye on all scorecards and scored a knockdown of his own. Next it was his wild swinging brawl with Barrett and whilst the ending combination was great, Haye was hitting thin air with his telegraphed shots alot of the time and Barrett was shot to **** and his legs werent under him from round one. And still it took him 5 rounds to dispose of him. Also alot of the David Haye fans talk about what a great win Barrett was whilst Wlad was "handpicking" opponents in Thompson and Rahman. Thompson was a mandatory and Rahman was a late replacement. But a little nugget that Haye fans seem to have sidstepped is that Barrett was 3-3 going into his last 6 fights and one of those losses was to none other than......Hasim Rahman, the same man who Wlad got slagged off for fighting at late notice.
Maybe so but you are a Haye nuthugger, way worse than the most evil Klitschko fan. And once again you are a Haye fan trying to discredit the Klitschko's, so in a way it is about Haye.
Wlad would knock Ali the **** out.Ali was a bum and wouldn't deal with Wlad's jab, size and Emanuel Steward.
says who... You? while most common sence people think the fight would be interesting, they wunderstand why they wont fight.... THEY ARE BROTHERS:roll:
Can I get an AMEN? you are exactly right. So sick of the Haye fans building up Haye by discrediting Wlad.
This is true, and not just for Lennox Lewis. Every single fighter's legacy grows several years after he's retired; it's just human nature. You don't appreciate what you have until it's gone. Ali wasn't considered that great in the 60's, when he was at his peak. The only exception here is Tyson, but for obvious reasons. Wrong, Lewis was never given much respect before he retired. Why do you think a lummox like Michael Grant went into the fight with Lewis on even odds? Tyson the slight favorite? Golota the favorite over him? Blablabla, same ****. Of just about every era is being said "the last one was better, good old times", etc.
