The Langford Robinson superfight

Robinson by a country mile, he wins with ease.

I'm thinking that if LaMotta could get to Ray ,Langford could too. Since guys back then fought each other so often I'd be confident in Sam getting a win in 3 bouts with Robinson.

 

Nobody said they'd have more than 1 match.
And Lamotta only got to Ray once out of 6 matches.

 

From what I've read more than what I've seen its Sam

 

No film of Greb and grainy garbage of Langford impressing you with a right handed parry and mediocre inside fighting brings you to this dumb @$$ conclusion?

 

Last night I watched some Ray Robinson fights and highlights,,,he's the greatest pound for pound fighter in history. Robinson beats Langford anytime under 160 pounds.

 

There is nothing mediocre about Langford inside fighting.

 

At MW Langford should beat SRR more times than not. He's way too powerful for even as durable WW as Ray. Langford was also good enough boxer to make it conpetitive on judges cards before the stoppage.

SRR is top 5 P4P fighter ever and absolutd marvel, but Langford is a bridge too wide for him to overcome.

 

I have access to film of Langford and I disagree.

SRR was taller, faster, way more skilled. Langford got fat as he moved up in weight

Langford doesn't look fat at 180 lbs.
