There's one man left at 168 that matters, and that's David El Bandido Rojo Benevidez! He fights this saturday night against a late replacement, but if he wins and Looks impressive what type of shot does he have to beat Canelo Alvarez at this time? I like Benevidez, he's strong, he's aggressive and has tremendous speed and power in combination, but Canelo has seen all styles and can adapt very quickly. Also Benevidez' body is a little soft, i dont know how well he can take canelos body punching through 12 rounds. I think it would be a hell of a fight, but i think Canelo breaks him down to the body and probably gets a late round stoppage. Thoughts?
Canelo beats the crap out of Uber driver merchant Benavidez. Benavidez hasn't defensive skills and "too" tall. He is perfect fighter for Canelo's body shots. Caleb at least used shoulder roll and Canelo struggled sometimes. Benavidez is easier mission.
