This is round 12. Choi is well ahead on the scorecards. At the 3:07 mark of the video, you see him get dropped. He gets up, and you can tell by the look of his face that he was done. He managed to survive the round and went on to win the fight. He collapses immediately after the bell.. you can actually see some of it at the very end of the video..

    So very tragic

    RIP Yo Sam Choi

wow he got up so qucik after the knockdown. I didnt see the earlier rounds but his face looked pretty bruised up. I heard he wins for sure but man, he didn't look anywhere near as hurt as so many other bouts we see, which should be an eye opener for young fighters. Don't take the sport lightly. Bless all. Rest in peace my warrior brother, may your spirit live on through the next generation of fighters.

It's really sad that the fighters who give it their all in boxing are the ones who suffer the most. He was a true warrior. He didn't give up there and in his fight against Arce, he survived an early knockdown and took a ton of punishment until the fight was stopped, but he kept fighting back and didn't ever look like he wanted to quit.

    RIP.

    RIP

I don't feel that single punch caused all the damage & there were stories he may have brought an injury into the ring. That blinking he did when he got up was reminiscent of McClellan. Really sad.
