No one said Wlad was involved, they said a UKRANIAN. is Wlad all of a sudden the representative for everything ukranian?
Actually, there's more too this than you people are saying. Gurov was a world-class cruiserweight, he fought with a very similar style to Wlad. Upright, little head movement, punching straight lines with a killer jab and major KO power. They were both schooled in that eastern-european former communist bloc amatuer style, and despite Emannuel Steward's efforts, that's fundamentally how Wlad fights. Haye is the exact sort of fighter who can capitalise on that style. He can slip the long, straight jab and land vicious counters in return. I'm not saying Gurov is in the same league as Wlad, he clearly isn't, but they do have a similar style.
Exactly. These Brits are just trying to convince themselves.................as if Gurov is the same as either Klitschko. :rofl
Major fail. Wladimir has faced bigger punchers, better boxers, better defenses & stronger chins. Roughly 90% of those guys haven't lasted the distance.................just saying.
So what would the result be if Wladimir fought Gurov? Early KO of Gurov I'd expect..................which is why this thread is just a wind up & intended to stir ****. :stir
