Don't mistake me, I am excited for the upcoming fights, but I'm still not impressed by this era. There's plenty of chance that the winner of AJ/JP doesn't fight the winner of LO/DW for years. If these four guys fight then go back to fighting b-sides at best I'll not be surprised at all.

I think if both fights happen then it becomes almost inevitable that the winners will fight at least in the next 18 months, which is be good with. There will be pressure on AJ to unify, and to give Ortiz or Wilder a much better contract than Parker got. It's tough to imagine the full unification not getting done.

If Ortiz Wilder doesn't happen again, them yeah, Wilder loses alot of leverage and maybe Hearn decides to wait him out.
