Not what I heard him say....said he wanted to measure him self against the best and was tired of having to hit down on small men.

After the last Haye fight....he looks better.

Sanders was some 6 foot 3 or 4....not six foot six.

I was there for that fight.
He sure surprised the hell out of me. I expcted it to go 7.

Has Valuev ever fought a guy as big, fast and mobile, with as much ability and power as Wlad, or Vit? Sanders was fast with his punches and had one punch knockout power. How can you compare him to the slow as molasses Valuev? He'd be a slow and stationary target and both Klits should punish him like a punching bag, with their advantages in speed, mobility and skill, and being almost just as big. Larry Donald easily outboxed that guy

yes the debatable win for Haye over valuev must mean valuev is some boxing god (to make haye look good in the minds of haye fans). Then why did Valuev avoid the klitschkos like the plague??? he was a freak show who happens to be a boxer, slow as walrus, featherfisted for a circus sized frame, a guy who got gifted a decision against 48 year old Holyfield. He is not even in the Klitschko's solar system.

Valuev is not featherfisted, but yeah, when the Brothers offered him a career high payday he balked at the idea of ending his career with his first ever ko.

He is certainly not the GOAT, but would make for an excellent fight vs either brother as he has an iron chin, a great jab, decent defense, and good power.

If I'm Wlad, I offer him a 60/40 split to get him into the ring for legacy purpose if nothing else.

I would love to see Wlad v Valuev just to see how Wlad deals with a much larger (albeit slow) boxer.
