People often say that one brother's standing in history will suffer because of the presence of the other. If we were to bend spacetime and combine the two brothers' careers into one, where would this Composite Kilitschko rank among all time great heavyweights? Wlatali Klitschko highs and lows: Stopped on cuts to Lewis Retires due to shoulder injury against Byrd Rematches and totally dominates Byrd Dominates Arreola Knocked out by Sanders Destroys Sanders in a rematch Beats Sam Peter three times, twice by KO KO1 Solis Dominates Shannon Briggs Easily defeats Kevin Johnson KO'ed by Ross Purrity, then KO's him in 11 in a rematch KO's Gomez in 9 KO's Herbie Hide in just two rounds Defeats Eddie Chambers Destroys Chagaev Easily outpoints Ibragimov Obliterates Tony Thompson Loses to Brewster, but decapitates him in the rematch Total record: 75-5-0 (69 KO) (record isn't their combined record. It's based on Wlad's record + the last 20 Vitali wins + his two losses)
If we could bend the space time continuem and mold these two different fighters into one fighter, then that would be one d*mn good fighter and certainly ATG status worthy. That's an impressive record. The usual haters will claim its the weakest era of all time (convieniently forgetting others when certain champs ruled) but still it would be undenyable, ATG status granted. But unfortunately we can't blend them as one fighter, they are different and have different styles. Wlad and Vitali look better or worse against certain fighters, the the wins and loses aren't interchangable. But if there was only one brother then I'm sure they would have fought some of the other's opponents which would give us one great champion...
