Even if you argue that their skills are equal, SRL was the naturally bigger guy.

I can see Pac beating plenty of good or even great WWs. But not SRL.

Leonard but come on people, Pacquiao would not get "destroyed", "slaughtered", "murdered". Give me a ****ing break, the guy is a lot smaller but he's still a great, great fighter.

Great fighters don't get slaughtered in their primes.

I think I might of posted before but stoned and all i can say is SRL eats Pacman alive but the testement to Pac and SRL is that Sugar eats an all time GREAT boxer. If we were to make a top 20 list of all time there is a great chance both would make almost every list, but there's great and there's the elite greatest, the difference is still huge there.

Yep. Regardless of your thoughts on a p4p basis, SRL's size would make a big difference, especially given what a phenomenal offensive force he was when he really turned it on.

This is FANTASY fight, and PACMAN always lose in this kind of fights, everytime. Whatever has been said about PACMAN losing either by KO or decision will always remain an OPINION. it can never be proven by these so called experts. :hat

Not a Pac hater by any means... I wouldn't pick Pac in a fight against Vitali either, and not because Vitali is better p4p. Both SRL and Pac are super duper elite ATG fighters, but Ray is the much bigger man. All things being more or less equal, the bigger man is going to win.

i think pac gives anyone in history a hell of a fight, but until we see how he'd do against guys like mayweather and paul williams, you have to say srl wins this. if pac fights mayweather and somehow manhandles him, then we have a better argument. he just hasn't faced that kind of competition in the higher weight classes yet.

SRL, he has all the tools to win which are a good right hand, good timing, and combinations. More importantly he has the chin to stay alive and he went blow for blow w/ Hagler and stayed alive when he was def. past his prime in my opinion

The results of the poll are interesting. It seems most don't consider Pac the monster at 147 he is currently made out to be when a fight with Mosley is called a mismatch and with calls for him to fight the middleweight champ.

Anyway, I agree that until Pac fights Mayweather to give us a better gauge of how he might handle someone like SRL, SRL should be the clear favorite to win.

However I disagree that SRL would just wipe Manny out. That's not SRL's natural game to try and outslug opponents, regardless of their size. Look what happened to him when he tried that with Duran in Montreal. He'd be foolish to try that with Pac, who seems to have walked through his opponents best punches from 140-150.

Leonard was probably the smartest boxer I've seen in the ring. He would box and move against guy like Pac who is dangerous for 12 rounds, using his super fast combination punching at select moments to win rounds and take calculated risks only when necessary. I think it would be a UD victory.

Leonard TKO more so than winning a decision. Pac is the one who has a chance for a decision if he fights the perfect fight.

I think when u put PAC in fantasy fights against all time greats it's not fair to do it at welterweight, that's not his real weight class
