This is aimed at non english boxing fans. i am quite patriotic and take pride in the level of praise my countrymen get these are the top ten english boxers far as im concerned haye froch khan ricky hatton matt hatton kell brook audley harrison sam sexton tony bellew rendall munroe how do you rate these fighters? do you accept that haye has brought excitement to the heavyweights? that khan has the fastest hands in boxin that harrison has one of the best boxinbrains today? i just wanna get a feel how you rate the best we have to offer
haye -- talented and charismatic. think he's probably overmatched against the Klits, but maybe if he waits long enough he can get them on the slide froch -- warrior and fights with an entertaining style. Froch vs. Pavlik would be epic khan -- very good talent and has turned a setback into a positive. i like him ricky hatton -- overrated on his best day but was a quality a-level champion. needs to retire. audley harrison -- bust
Horrific list. Matt Hatton? Audley? Sexton? Bellew is great and I'm a huge fan, but at this stage he's probably not top 10. Where is Kevin Mitchell, on the verge of a world title? Where is John Murray? Where is Cleverly?
WOW  Rhodes, Macklin, Cleverly, Witter, McCloskey, Magee, Lindsay, Ofalabi, Barker, Booth, Murray etc. all rank above those I put in bold IMO. Bellew has a lot of potential, but who has he beat? Edit: Just seen you said English, so forget McCloskey, Lindsay etc.
Mate I know its your opinion and I respect that but what the **** is Audley doing anywhere near the top 10?? Mathew Hatton...really?? What about John Murray, Kevin Mitchell, Darren Barker, George Groves, DeGale, Cleverley, Chisora.... I feel a beatdown coming..
Carl Johanneson ranks above anything Magic has on his record, plus the fact that Kev in unbeaten and Magic got outclassed by Craig Watson. He's not even the best Welter in Manchester
The olympians are still not in double figures. cleverly aint english murray and barker, maybe but my opinion puts them behind rhodes, i believe fought moore at the right time
