I wouldnt disagree with you about Rhodes he deffo deserves some credit.
    :good
Problem with the top Engish fighters is they have not competed at world level so we have no idea how good they are yet,,, 6 or 7 of the top ten are still just prospects and could end up being anything! only 3 or 4 of them are in anyway proven.

Mate, are you seriously saying that if he beats Sprott then Audley is no longer ****?

He needs to fight and beat some real opponents, not a couple of has been's and never-will-be's

The reason Audley hasnt had a really big fight already is because he's LOST to the likes of Guinn, Sprott, Rogan, Williams.

He's had plenty of opportunity to show how good or bad he is already. I'm amazed you think that at 38 he's gonna all of a sudden become 'the best boxing brain in the world'

Haye - Exciting and loved by the media. This guy can be the savior of the heavyweight division if he plays his cards right and might even make it big in America. He's also funny as hell and has appeal. Witty guy off camera, not as much as in the ring.

Khan - Americans started really liking Hamed, not saying Khan has to be as flashy, but Khan is on the right path. I think he represents the future of British boxing by opening doors to its minorities. Khan isn't the overhyped puncher he was set up to be, he has tapped into new areas he didn't know he could do. Now he is a boxer/puncher with deadly accuracy. Like Haye, he can also become a huge international star.

Hatton - How could anyone not like Hatton? The Manchester Mexican definitely fought like one, but it was fun while it lasted. The guy was loved by the media and boxing fans around the world whether they liked his style or not. Respectable career.

    I'm English too.
And i just hope you're joking.
    Our boxers are an embarrassment.

Khan might actually be the best we've got, and his chin is pure glass.

Mate you need to get Matt Hatton, Harrison and Sexton out of that list now. Especially when there are guys like Kevin Mitchell, John Murray, George Groves etc looking far more impressive than those three. Mitchell is clearly ahead of Munroe and Brook too. Bellew looks great so I wont criticise his inclusion, but again he is not fighting at the level Mitchell is at now.
