Every time a European boxer wins, the bigots feel confused and insecure, because it's contradictory to their racist beliefs.

Saying a division is "weak" is their way of dealing with those feelings of insecurity.

Interesting how the very same people who bashed the Klitschkos for years are now bashing/discrediting Kovalev, Beterbiev, Golovkin, etc. Best to simply ignore them, let them vent.

Sounds like you every time a black American wins. Projecting much? And who said 175 was weak? I havent seen a single poster in this thread make that claim. Of course i know you're not talking about me since you cant show a single post of mine bashing these 3 fighters. In fact GGG happens to be one of my favorite fighters right behind Froch and Cotto. Imagine that, none of those 3 are American! :nono

I love to watch Kovalev fight. I was not funny when Stevenson ran from Kovalev and broke an implied contract with HBO to fight him, then Stevenson priced himself out of a fight with Hopkins, so Hopkins went to HBO and signed to fight Kovalev. Hopkins was a part of the promotion and would have been sued. I have to agree with Kovalev, Stevenson is a piece of fecal matter..................

Stevenson will probably continue to avoid the best light heavyweights and hold his title hostage for a few years.

HW division has been weak for the last 10 years because you had 2(now 1) guys completely dominating it with no one else in their league.

If the Klits had been American,it would still have been a weak division.

The LHW is one of my favourite divisions at the moment. With the Russian Guys (Beterbiev/Gvzodyk & Mekhontsev) the Australian Damien Hooper, the American Marcus Browne and some guys from Europe (Skoglund/Koeling/Liesdek/Gevor) it is loaded with talent and could be the hottest division in 2/3 years.

could see him ending up like thomas williams jr

couldn't deal with Hooper turning up the pressure on him at the olympics, and that was with headgear and soft gloves, and hopper being two years younger

Evander is and was the greatest cruiserweight of all time.

And that's not based on his skin colour.

Evander was a great cruiserweight, no one would deny that.

But there's a dozen or so very good, talented cruiserweights (Wlodarczyk, Makabu, Drozd, Huck, Hernandez, Lebedev, Chakhkiev, Usyk, Mchunu, etc) yet the division has a very low profile in the USA and some call it a "weak" division.
