~~~The Lightning Lucian Bute Battleship~~~

One of my first post on this thread happened right after Magee was named as an opponnent for Bute; i predicted then, that after Magee will follow Jean-Paul Mendy in Romania and right after that fight it would be difficult to get either Ward, Froch or Kessler.
I remeber getting a lot of heat for saying those things, even being called a hater. I prefer to be realistic; that's why i think, in the event Bute beats Froch in Nottingham (a fight that i am grateful is happening), Bute-Ward won't happen this year.
Ward just said on TV that Dan Goossen was negotiating with Dawson's team two months before he fought Hopkins. All was planned, they offered the fight first to Showtime so they would be refussed (it is clear Sho wants Ward-Bute much more than Dawson-Ward) then HBO with no real threat, got the fight; i expect contracts to be signed in the next 2 weeks, practically anytime before 26th of May.
So, if Bute beats Froch, his next fight can't be Ward; probably they'll try to get Kessler (either Kessler will claim he's a LHW or Showtime rejects it), then maybe Hopkins (he has another fight with HBO or Showtime rejects it) and in the end, they'll probable get Anthony Dirrell, at that time current WBC champ, under Al Haymon's guidance. Anthony and not Andre because Andre was stupid enough to take his uncle as a promotor.
This is just a glance in a probable future.
