I'm guessing to a narcissist, the money isn't worth the damage to his ego which he's wrapped his whole identity and self worth into that 40-0. I gots notta on any other real motivation for it.

What's wrong with coming back and fighting the P4P #2 to get back in the scheme of things? He never said he wasn't going to fight Pac, he just wanted to get back in the squared-circle and shake off the ring-rust before hand. Pac and Arum were intent on fighting Cotto anyway.

You are clearly a ******ed hater so I don't know why I even bother. I bet you have no worthwhile logic or analysis to add on how you think Pac beats Floyd, other than 'LOLOLOLROFLROFL Fraud Gayweather is a ***** Pac is way too quick and powerful he would retire Fraud HAHAHA'.

fraud never said he didn't want to fight Margarito, Cotto or Mosley either, einstein.
but we knew he didn't want to.

how will Pac beat him? it's easy. speed, relentless pressure, power, speed, power, speed. floyd is used to beating on old slower faded tune ups. he will not be able to handle the overwhelming onslaught of Pac.

Floyd didn't want to fight Cotto either, and when he saw what pac did to Cotto, forget it, that sealed it. the rest since Nov. 14 has all been a charade of fraudulence.

    get ready for matthew hatton!

Nah....Floyd ain't ducking ****. he's gonna fight...or at least I hope so. He feels he can beat PAC and will not duck this fight especially since there is so much money that is tied up in this event.

As much as I dislike Floyd personally, there is no reason to believe that he doesn't want this fight. Cowards never make it through the ropes, much less remain unbeaten in 5 different weight classes. He's worked hard to achieve what he's got, and it'll take a lot to beat him. Sure, he shamelessly ducked Margarito and Mosely, thats why he developed the reputation of an avoider. But what he did is let Marg, Mosley , Cotto and Paq fight one another , and when the dust settled, got a huge payday with the survivor, Paq, who style wise, is the best fight for Floyd, out of Margarito and Mosely anyway.

i'm just waiting for the contracts to get signed. once that's done, then it will happen. otherwise everything is up in the air.

another thing, if this fight somehow postponed to a later date, then no one can tell with certainty that it will ever happen. i say this because Pac is running for office and will likely win. if he does win the seat in congress, then who knows if he will fight again...he may just retire and call it a career (an impressive one i might add). that would be a big let down for fans.

so i hope this happens. win or lose either fighter would gain more respect and fans for making this fight. my .02cents
