no way in ****ing hell....is manny pac... going to retire after losing to floyd....

do you really see him making that speech?..and waving and saying "thankyou" to the boxing fans? ...give the guy some credit. He was awarded the fighter of the decade...I myself think he will go out classy...rematching floyd.

you gotta think after the first one happens...how much revenue the second will do.

if manny decides to rematch he still makes 40-50 mill.. and still goes into the hall of fame and in tact with his props... just let it be...let him.....let him.

whoever loses i think they will no doubt fight again because as massive as these two egos are and being that boxing is their passion....neither will want to have an L hang over them as their last fight....so expect to see the loser bounce back in a match that will happen fairly quick than normal.

if Pac loses..he's still #1, if floyd wins..he's still #2, in my eyes.

Floyd loosing would be VERY interesting. I would just love to see what his excuse would be... What would be even more interesting would be if he was humble in defeat. He would probably gain me as a fan if he was.

Not to mention he would want to reestablish himself; so we would probably get to see him fight another great fighter... In general Mayweather loosing would make for some very good times in boxing.

As for where the loser would be ranked, it would all depend on the way they lose...

the loser would either rematch or retire im sure of it. but without a rematch they would never get back upto #1.

pac vs marquez was different cos they were close fights. if someone was to lose big it is rematch or nothing.

If pac were to win a close fight i would love to see a rematch in manilla. like thrilla in manilla 2. floyd would have to take it because bargaining rights would be all with the winner.

I think the question is even if one of them gets KTFOed who would pass either of these guys? Chad Dawson? Please the man only fights old men. And Andre Ward is not as battle tested yet to even come close to claiming any of that. He would have to win the super six. Beat Bute, and then move up and challange DAwson to get his name in the game...he can do all this but I doubt he will be half way there by then.
