I don't see how you can say he's an 8 round fighter? Based on Mayweather and Collazo?

And Urango. Basically his last three fights that have gone over 8 rounds.

It may or may not be true but Hatton has always claimed he had 'flu for that one. I don't think Mayweather was down to poor stamina, Hatton tried too hard to force the pace against a guy who is great at covering up and countering....Collazo is fair enough, but I don't think theres enough evidence yet to say he's an 8 rounder.

Mayweather was a different type of fight, in that he was behind the eight ball from round six onwards.

He had lost his rag and was getting beaten, as opposed to gassing.

Castillo was a four round blow out, so difficult to slate him for that. Urango was a poor performance for a variety of reasons, but still schooled him and won 118-110 on my card. Against Collazo I feel he almost punched himself out - after the KD he was taring at him for the next five and half minutes throwing allsorts trying to finish him off. It was the wrong ploy as Collazo didn't look in trouble at the time.

I had Herman beating Malignaggi 8-4 or 9-3, wasnt close. Against Castillo 8-4 or 7-5 and was closer

Poor Herman, 2 losses and he should be undefeated

You're being awfully generous to Hatton there.

Hatton has an excuse for every bad performance, and expect the same from this fight. Infact he has already talked about having flu.

Fact is in Hattons last 3 fights to go beyond 8 rounds he has faded big time. Agaisnt Collazo he blamed moving up in weight, agaisnt Urango he blamed flu, agaisnt Mayweather he blamed the ref.

The only thing to blame is his lifestyle. Hatton peaked agaisnt Tysuzu, and i am gonna be contreversial and say with a ref that was not from England, and had in been stages in the States, he would not have won that fight.

If he had flu last week he had flu....he's said it won't affect the fight so no excuses there. He complained that the ref wouldn't let him fight inside against PBF, I wouldn't say he blamed the ref for him actually losing. Lets be honest, most fighters latch onto something when they've lost, hands, weight, ref, fouls. Name me a fighter who has never said "I lost fair and square, BUT......."

I won't bother with the last paragraph, 'cos its been done to death, except to say "6 of one, half a dozen of the other"...

It wasn't 6 of one half a dozen of the other at all

It was a bakers dozen Hatton and half a dozen Tszyu

    Dirty as hell that night

Hatton will say "I performed badly but..............I did have flu"

Hatton constantly blames the ref, looseing his cool was his on fault, and it was clear to see he lost it before the fight even happened at the weigh in. Fact is Hatton lost almot every round of that fight, and even in the smallest ring of all time, with the same ref as the tysuze fight, the outcome would be the same. Infact i think Cortez reffing that way helped Hatton.

Maybe looseing so much weight is whats causing Hatton to get ill so often. The only one thing to blame for Hatton fading is his bad lifestyle. Simple as that.

    And the constant hugging?

Give over, Hatton was dirty as hell. Not saying he wouldn't have won anyway, impossible to say, but it is foolish to deny the obvious

I'll have to take your word for that. My psychic powers are at a low ebb at the moment, I tend to focus on next weeks lottery numbers and it wears me out.
