Even JMM himself backtracked a little regarding the 5th fight which he dismissed weeks ago but now said that Pacquiao is one of his options for his next fight (JMM definitely not retiring yet).

    What is the point?
We have already seen this fight at every level...
    "Prime", "Peaked", "Even" & "Decline".

Lets wrap it up w/Some new opponents on the resume.

im not the biggest juan fan, the matchup is boring now though. even if manny were to win a 5th , they would call for a 6th. it should be over n done now

No point really, fights III and IV happend so we can get a clear winner, and that happened in fight IV...Nobody would be asking for a 5th fight if Pacquiao was the clear winner.

If it does happen tho, i will gladly watch it, no doubt about it. And if it does happen, i hope JMM asks for the lions share and have the fight in Mexico, and if they refused i hope he tells them to **** off.

    From a recent article:

Regarding his possible opponents, Marquez says Pacquiao is not the only option out there for him. It's hard to imagine who Marquez could fight, besides Pacquiao, and make an eight figure purse.

"[Pacquiao], that is only one option. We'll review every option and then decided what we're going to do. We're going to analyze everytjing. I still feel very good, I do want to fight again, but nothing has been determined [about my return]. We'll see what happens," Marquez said.

It's clear that JMM has PAC's number but every fight of these two is not an easy fight, it will always be an exciting, entertaining, competitive fight.

Other than having another excellent fight, money could be the reason or else these two are retired already.

If its figures then YES Pacquiao is the fight.
But as a boxing fan don't you want JMM to accomplish more than just beating Manny again?

Hasn't Juan put his own career on hold long enough?

JMM is in negotiating mode and good for him. He has earned the right to double his purse - it may not be 50-50, which is wishful thinking but it won't the sort of 80-20 deal of the last fight. Marquez should get $15m and Pacquiao should give it to him.

This is all just tactic - Marquez staying active is because he knows he is in the most lucrative position of his boxing career but he knows that only applies to a Pacquiao fight

JMM fans don't want it again for obvious reasons, because he might get KO'd himself in the 5th fight which kind of taints the IV a bit - they want him to go out as the dominant of the two. Fact is anyone who saw the IV knows that Marquez looked to be on his way to a battering before Pacquiao put his chin on the plate - that's not discrediting Marquez but the fight could easily have gone the other way and that's the case with the fifth fight also

First 2 fights were close, Marquez was very unlucky not to get at least one win out of them.

JMM clearly won the 3rd and got jobbed.

JMM went into the 4th planning on taking it out of the judges hands. And he did, with a brutal KO.

JMM has clearly bested Pac over their quadrilogy, there's nothing left to prove. How many times do they have to fight before people accept that Marquez beats Pacquiao?

    Still, I would definitely watch!

Seriously what for the man has been ****ed over by judges, and at this stage Marquez deserves to sit on that title for a bit and make some money,I honestly think if Marquez gets him again Manny ends up the same way he did in fight 5 maybe worse you all should be thinking about Pacs health too bad his people behind him who say they care about him are thinking about that money something they claimed they would never do
