Close fight could have went either way.

Anyone that says one fighter clearly won is a moron.

It would'nt work. There is simply too many *******s around here to get into any kind of healthy and civil debating on the matter of even scoring a single round placed on a youtube clip here.

I know this because it was tried in the classic section here with the first Marquez-Pacquiao fight.

There were plently of posters to argue and put up a healthy deep analysis post as to why Marquez had won a particular round, but the thread was interupted and ruined by hoards of *******s littering the thread with blind accusations, name calling, things like, "Pacquiao was landing the harder shots, and the proof to them were postings of video clips of in their words, "Marquez kissing canvas."

.......a solid post making a case for say one of the late rounds in that first fight......just one of those posts that could not be refuted......the *******s would put up clips of Marquez going down in the 1st round, and exclaim, "Marquez kissed canvas 3 times"...."Pacquiao clearly won that fight."
.....then a clip would come up of Pacquiao dropping Marquez with a caption, "owned."
....."Marquez refused rematch, he chose to fight John for 30k instead.".......when the reality was that the John fight was'nt even in the time frame of the proposed immediate rematch.

These types of things simply cannot be debated in a forum full of *******s.......In debating the rematch, it would be a thread of one way posts making the case for Marquez winning the round being discussed, and the *******s in response to any of the rounds, putting up clips of Marquez going down in the 3rd round and claiming "owned."

......then they'd put up another clip of the same 3rd round where Marquez touches the ropes, and they would caption it, "owned again."

Then a page full of *******s would follow patting that nonsense post in the back, in a high five type of scenario with quotes such as.......
"divac is delusional." "Marquez kissed canvas, Pacquiao clearly won the fight."

If you were to put up say just round 1 of the rematch and asked the forum in a poll who won it, the poll would read 30 to 7 in favor of Pacquiao before you could blink an eye......and if you were to look at the names of those choosing Pacquiao, it will be all full of *******s, newbies, and posters not respected in this forum.:nut

Actually I'm not the one starting these threads, and the only reason I post in them is when they get out of hand with ******* nonsense.

When I post a list of a hoard of journalists which includes the Pinoy broadcast team who called the fight for Marquez, you *******s respond with allegations that I'm fabricating the list, which you all know clearly is not the case.

You guys keep posting nonsense, I'll keep on making you all look like the bafoons you all are.

......its just to easy making you *******s look well, "*******ed."

It was by no means a robbery. I scored it like the TS but had the 8th for Manny instead of Marquez which makes it 114-113. There were two other rounds that were very close that could have gone either way, to say anyone scoring it close for Manny implies a fix is simply not fair. A lot of the slo-mo action included blocked and missed punches, or were from a blind camera angle to determine if certain punches even landed (some looked like they were blocked), and there were a lot of the body shots that weren't emphasized.

.....have'nt you made claims to owning me?

What are you still doing here?

Tell you what, come up with a list of journalist as deep as this for Pacquiao winning it, and there's merits for further discussing this issue......otherwise follow your own *******ed friends advice and "Move on."

    Move on Puga!:smooch

move-on? i am trying to say that your list is intended to fool people into thinking that all press people have scored it for jmm but my post tells otherwise. and you pulled a statistic right out of your ass that 70% of the press thinks jmm won. can you give a proof of this?

i never claim i owned you, but when you have no other points but just kept repeating to post this non-sense or at least bias list then it's a proof that you have no other points and you are owned big time.

Here you go Puga I'll start off the list for you which the thread starter posted. Its a list of 9 journalist (though I would question the journalism integrity of Philboxing (Pacland)
    Keep adding to it

The thead starter posted 34 journalist who had Marquez winning, all giving him 7 or 8 rounds.

2 out of the 9 who had Pacquiao winning gave Pacquiao 7 rounds, the others only gave him 6 rounds.

Over the years anytime I've read an article that depicted the scores of journalist, there has been a huge disparity between the ammount of journalist that had Marquez winning and the few who had Pacquiao winning.

The thread starter obviously took the journalistic scores from an article, 34 for Marquez and 9 for Pacquiao.....
...and like I said, only two had Pacquiao winning more than 6 rounds.:dealwhich leads me directly to my assertion that this fight was not close enough to state it could have gone either way.

.....not at all the % of the poll thats being run in this thread is it?

Find me a non-Pinoy article that depicts journalistic scores going down the middle and presenting and painting a picture of a fight that could go either way Puga.
You wont find any because there are none.:deal
