What's the point in that? When the judges are scoring the bout live, do they get to watch replays in slow-mo?

 

i got no problem with the judges, the scored the fight right...pac won!!:hey

 

It still makes your point aimed towards "idiots" irrelevant. The judges scored the bout in real time, they had to come up with a verdict in real time...what's the point in watching the bout in slow motion afterwards? It defeats the object of scoring the bout. Watching and scoring a bout in slow motion is as much an influence on the scoring of a bout, as biased commentary.

at the time, Pacquiao was a rising star.... its tough for judges to NOT be slightly biased or influenced over "expectations"

 

I thought JMM won this clearly and widely it was the first fight that could've gone either way imo. No JMM, you didn't beat Pacquiao twice but you did it once and gave him hell twice.

I don't need to watch the videos. I know JMM won that fight and that is all that matters to me.

 

I have it 114-113 for Pacquiao. I just remeber watching that fight and thinking that knockdown is gonna cost marquez the fight and it did. whatever judge had it 114-113 for Pac, I'm with him. but obvisously if I have it 114-113 then I cant argue with 114-113 for Marquez because thats a 1 round difference. now I would argue theres no way that it was 115-112 for Marquez, im not buying that at all

 

I watched both fights many times and scored both fight many times and depending on what I'm looking at, scored either fighter the winner on points. If that isn't the definition of a draw, I don't know what is.

The fact is, the point is moot, the official score was a Pacquiao win.
