No one has ever succeeded in matching Rocky Marciano's perfect 49-0-0. A few fighters have come very close, though.

Ricardo Lopez, Larry Holmes, and Paul Spadafora all came very close, only to get a loss or a draw right before that benchmark.

Marciano died young in a plane crash, but his influence is still with us. He won't allow anyone to match his record :deal

    Don't forget Chris John.

If he fights The Special One he can kiss that undefeated record goodbye.

Never heard of Willie Pep (62-0) or Julio Cesar Chavez Snr (87-0) before have you?

Marciano is the HW record, and the one for a boxer retiring undefeated with all being wins, where others with huge winning streaks eventually lost or drawn.
