The Margarito DOUBLE STANDARD and the HATERS..

    So here we have haters trying to crucify Margarito...for being accused of having plaster of paris smeared over a knuckle pad. :patsch

    Yet these same girls yelling, and stomping their feet while chanting "die cheater"..have given fighters like Mosley, Toney, and RJJ a free pass. :think

    They compare what Margarito is accused of to Luis Resto...yet what Mosley did is actually a better comparison to what Resto did.

    Luis Resto had the padding from his boxing gloves removed. He replaced the padding with wraps soaked in plaster, almost in the way a doctor puts a cast on a patient.

    -Resto had this done to INFLICT more damage on his opponent.
    -Resto drank dissolved asthma pills to give him more endurance.
    -Endurance which would allow him to be even stronger for longer periods and enable him to inflict more damage.

    -Mosley and roid users use roids with the goal to win a boxing match by inflicting more damage on their opponents.
    -Mosley also benefits from roids by being able to obtain unatural endurance.
    -Endurance which would allow him to be even stronger for longer periods and enable him to inflict more damage.

    Yet he gets a pass, even when he is ratted out, not by is own will, and still LIES and says he didn't know the injections were roids, but he thought they were Flinstone vitamins.:yep

    -Margarito is caught with old pads containing TRACES of sulphur and Calcium, under regular wraps, and a regular glove. For argument sake let's assume it was for an advanatge.

    He not getting a second chance and Mosley getting the benefit of the doubt the entire time he was being questioned shows how big of bitchess some people can be.

    Margarito was caught with hard pads, that had a white substance on them.

    That why substance was PUT on the pads, they didn't come from his hand.

    Margarito essentially tried to hit Mosley with bricks, If I was the LA DA I would have moved to have him arrested and would have chewed out CSAC for not notifying police immediately upon finding the tampered pads. Lucky for him instead of a jail cell he is stuck fighting in Mexico.

    Steroids provide an advantage but how much of an advantage is hard to quantify.

    Plaster is a weapon.

    What would you pick in a street fight; steroids or brass knuckles?

    Margarito really just has warewolf type knuckles. The white substance was just the shafing powder that was falling off the bony surface of his massive knuckles.

    This needs to set in stone...Both are illegal but one is more harsh than the other...Margorito fans cant seem to grasp this concept.:patsch

    If he fights legit from now on whats the problem?

    Margarito vs Pacqiuao/Cotto II/Mosley II/Cintron III/Paul Williams II/Angulo/PBF are all decent fights but the haters use excuses like:

    He dont deserve the money: Who gives a **** about the money, boxing fans dont get paid **** anyway, they just get to watch good decent fights on a regular basis with people who dont give a **** about their fans

    He is a cheater: If he is planning to cheat in the future then he dont deserve no money, but if he goes by the rules and is regulated then whats the problem?

    Also:

    Give props to Margarito for his:

    Chin: There is no link between dodgey wraps and chin.

    Work Rate: There is no link between dodgey wraps and work rate.
