As others have noted in previous threads, this year we got to see a Mike Tyson who has grown more mature and who has seemingly found some semblance of peace. I can't be more happy for Iron Mike. Plus he got inducted into the HOF this week and he's alive and well enough to receive the award. Here is a clip of his Larry King interview from last week. ****ing awesome. I'm a dyedinthewool Tyson fan and I grew to love and then hate him and then just be confused. It feels good to like him again. One thing about Mike, he was never the idiot that he was betrayed to be. A very thoughtful, observant and honest guy.
Yes. He seems so happy, peaceful and content these days. I'm so glad he's happy. I was afraid that he was going to be one of those tragic sports figures who dies young. I love Mike.
