HEY REG......ITS THE LAST FIGHT OF A 14 YEAR CAREER for GH!!
Everything I said was true!! If Floyd didnt have hand problems in that fight he could have made it as decisive as DLH did without em.

Give it a rest... herrnandez was a good victory but it was and aged veteran at RETIREMENT, **** a 32 he started at 18:yep

Tell me casamayor who was an undefeated Champion and one who eventually beat Corrales 2 out od 3 times, wasnt a better opponent. Its obvious he was, but that neve happened. Instead we cling to these dreams of hernandez "the invincible" being slayed by PBF:lol:

Casa was running scared of Floyd, similarly to the way he ran in his last fight. Floyd called him and Freitas out after he dismantled Corrales. Not suprisingly, after witnessing Corrales get pummeled, neither one of them wanted a piece of Floyd. Let me ask you something, why would Floyd not want to fight Casa or Freitas after doing what he did to Corrales? There's certainly reason for them not to want to fight Floyd.

Dude, i'm not sure which version of revisionist history you're in? But Floyd wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH CASA at 30:nono Floyd claimed he wanted nothing to do with 30 and moved up and went back down under questionable circumstances, and I'll just leave it at that rather than go into 35 etc.:good

Its real SIMPLE, Floyd never unified and didnt want either fight:nono
Casamayor at that time posed the biggest risk of beating him. Its all good PBF never ubnified anywhere else either:nono I say water under the bridge right? Today matters most? Prove it Cotto and Williams.

    Holla when Floyds ready:good

No, let's go back to 130. I'm just trying to use some common sense here. Floyd utterly destroys Corrales(who was viewed as the biggest threat to Floyd at 130), and afterwards says that he wanted to fight Hamed or the winner of Casa/Freitas. Let's forget all the bull**** politics. Just using pure common sense. Why would Floyd not want to fight Casamayor? Do you think Casa would've beat Floyd? Stylistically, what type of problems would Casa have caused Floyd at 130?

I wonder if he would still be undefeated if he fought a prime DLH x2, Vernon Forrest x2, Winky Wright x2 and a prime Cotto? I think he would have lost at least one of those if not more.

he went up the same number of weight classes as mosley and had more success. Head to Head, I wouldnt favor Mayweather over Mosley at 140 or 147, but accomplishment-wise, Mayweather is a level above Mosley.

Who fought the better comp at lightweight?
And frankly, I find Mosley's fights at 154 not too relevant to his legacy b/c he only beat a shot Vargas, even though its a nice scalp. I know he beat DLH, but I thought DLH won and irregardless, he was on roids.

    Mosley's accomplishments:
    135- Good, beat undefeated Holiday.
    140- no fights
147- Great win over DLH, Collazo and beat some good top15 prospects/contenders.
154- COntroversial win over DLH (on roids), wins over Vargas.

I really dont see how anyone can say mosley has a better resume than floyd.

For me he has 1 loss Castillo but he avenged it and a controversial win over DeLaHoya I had it a draw. His resume is nice but to come out an an absolute best he needs to beat Hatton and Cotto.

Mosley doesnt have ONE win at lightweight that matches beating Castillo.

but hey, lets play your game. Marcus Rhode is the greatest heavyweight of all time. It doesnt matter if he lost 50 fights, thats because he fought tough competition.

Mosley would never have fought the same people b/c Mosley is the naturally bigger fighter. And vice versa. I think its just as unreasonable to expect mayweather to have fought a bunch of fighters at 154, as it would be to expect Mosley to somehow get down to 130.

As time passes people tend to forget robberies and close fights and just remember who won. I remember after DLH lost to Mosley II over 70% of people thought DLH won that fight and the general consensus was 'robbery' but as time passed by people got used to the loss on DLH resume and the W on Mosleys resume. Same in this fight, you forget how many people, boxing analysts, commentators and boxing fans had DLH even winning this fight. The two broadcasts that I watched one was german and the other sentana both had DLH winning this fight. I know you probably had it 120-108 Mayweather.

negative. I had it 8-4 mayweather, as any decent judge would have it. Maybe 7-5 if you like DLH, and even if you are either terrible at judging or are sleeping with Oscar (like how Millie scored it).

then use your imagination fairly. You want me to imagine Mayweather fighting at a weight much less suited to himself than Mosley, but you wont do the reverse.

Head to head I would favor prime Mosley over Mayweather, but accomplishment wise it isnt close. You dont get credit for fighting people the same you way you get credit for wins. It doesnt work like that, or else Marcus Rhode is an all time great.
