Let me start by saying this isnt a knee jerk reaction to some piece of TV or a news paper article .

Firstly Floyd jnr , if this man was from anywhere else apart from the US he would be considered just another Sven Ottke , his career resume is littered with contradictions , Kop outs and the odd gift decision. Now if he didnt keep referrring to himself in the third term , and the self proclaimed greatest of all time, then i wouldnt mind a career filled with washed up fighters , fighters outside their weight class , or simply mandatories which kept real fights from happening , BUT he does call himself the greatest , and therefore these names needed to be in there , and they were all available and were the top names at the time -
Freitas, Casamayor - 2001 (SF),
no problem in 2002 - I thought he went 1-1 with Castillo,
Move to LW in 04 /05 no Tszyu , but Brussels and a slugfest with Corley, WW 06 the legends that are Mitchell , Judah and Baldomir, at this point Sugar shane had to go up to LM to get real fights with Vargas . Margarito was fighting Paul williams and Clottey, then move onto his so called Mega fights , really i thought it was Oscar and Hatton that brought all the fans , by this point Oscar was fighting once a year if that , and Hatton 'the man who called you out' was and always will be a life LW. So if a MW calls you our Floyd will you go up there? I dont think so!
Then the Big come back , the lowest level Floyd could go to would be a Luis Collazo level , a test but real !! not JMM a life 126 lbs who came up to find fights at 130 and tops 135 , but 147 , would love to have been in the HBO boardroom on that one !

Lastly Snr and Roger , Snr trained hatton for an orthodox fight (watch any pad work between the two) and has him sparring 5 9 light middles who were taking his head off , for a Pacquiao who is 5 6 and a southpaw. Roger who doesnt win with fighters unless they are his newphew , and i think I have given enough reasons above why he wins.

yes you are doing a knee jerk reaction.. To say floyd career is FILLED as you say contradiction, cop out and gift decision ? Yet out of all of these gift decision you can only name his close decision in first fight with Castillio. Where are the rest of these gift decision you are talking about.
