I wrote an article and submitted it to the site, my compromise was that they should allow random testing up until a certain point and if the blood tests positive the fight is either off, or the boxers pays a fine of half of his purse if the opponent decides to go on with the fight.

 

What's to apologize? Team Mayweather got what they really wanted all along.....

That was the compromise offered. Manny would drop the lawsuit if Floyd and co apologised for making the remarks, Floyd would accept Manny's concession to a 24 day cut off for blood tests, with three tests during the period leading up to and right after the fight.

It was a solid, fair compromise.

 

Interesting they wouldn't make it closer for this fight, considering the size of the fight and what's on the line.
