Everyone on this forums knows the situation. The only debate is where some people support this blatant corruption while others support GGG in fighting the corruption.

The problem goes back to prior to Canelo. Even if we look at the present, it's hard to argue that Canelo has shown any interest in fighting at 160 even when the fight is to be mandated. Maybe he's just trying to call their bluff

Either way, I think most people just want to know if the fight will happen this year or not. It's really dragging out and that sucks

 

Canelo only has the belt because your boys been side stepping for 2 years now, everybody wants to cry and blame the WBC they don't control a fighter agreeing to side step over and over.

The WBC has been said as long as its 160 or below they don't care, so all these complaint needs to be brought up to Golovkin and his team.

I never agreed with him side-stepping and if he does it again I'll have lost my patience and interest in the situation. He has at least managed to get another world title in that time though, which is something.

Yeah, I've seen what the WBC have said and I hope they stick to it but they don't have the greatest rep for doing what 'should' be done

 

I don't know but if you want the title that's not going to get you closer to it again people are acting like the WBC has been flip flopping they said that when Cotto first won the title.

People just ignore it because it doesn't fit into the narrative for the hypetrain. It feels better to think everyone is doing you wrong than to admit you are the reason for your circumstances.

 

Big promoters can afford to grease the various boxing associations for rankings and title shots. Judges are hired by these associations and are influenced to be bias as well. The media is influenced as well. It sucks.
