Jesus Christ those cuts are bad.

He's my favourite boxer...only a pity he's an Aussie and not British.

The way he fought against Graham Earl was truly astonishing...I was hid behind the couch thinking Earl was going out in a body bag. Hope he wins major titles.

It's funny how the Aussies were telling us Brits how good he was before the Earl fight. After watching that we all jumped aboard in agreement trying to convince the American's. It seems total world domination's just around the corner for the man.

I was impressed against Earl ,but did see he has his limitations , notably he doesn't like that unorthodox punch........the jab . Even against Earl he got outboxed in the 5th(Earl was pulled out after this round due to the amount of hard shots he took) and got hit with quite a lot of jabs .

But anyway Katsidis is great to watch and as people are saying he's the new blood and guts warrior .

Really sorry to hear that about Czar :-( , the young man took so many hellacious punches .

Yeah BLOOD and GUTs he is but I'm not impressed with his skills. He was way too open and hittable. "Baby Bull" Diaz would stop this guy.

But I have to admit, he is a very exciting fighter to watch. :yep

Katsidis is good, but...that guy must have had something on his gloves to make such cuts.

Those cuts could make Katsidis' face much much easier in future fights.

Save my ticket, but am not yet convinced on Rocky Katsidis. Amonsot was supposed to be fodder to hype his American debut, and should be ran over quick. This Amonsot kid however put on a gallant show, even suffering haematoma on the process, never giving up still and even messing Rocky's face horribly. This little Flip kids are very underrated yet had tons of heart.

Congratulations on the win though if Katsi fights crudely like that, he MAY get stopped on his tracks with the elites, ie. Casa & Torito. A couple more fights would be good for him before he faces the elite.

Great warrior but too crude skills to really take it to the best. Can see him in some amazing top class action in the future,.

amonsat had two major flaws in his actions last night. he would stop using the right hook when it would land almost every time thrown especially behind the uppercut. and two when he would jab he at would would drop his left, allowing himself to be countered easily by katsidis' right. later he pulled BACK the left after throwing the jab which STILL allowed him to be countered by the right.

Can't help but being on this train, some people liken him to a Rocky, he's more like the Terminator and he'll be back.

I was looking foward to seeing Katsidis for the first time, in fact him being on the card is what convinced me to order the ppv since I was on the fence with this one. He did not disappoint. Obviously he needs to work on his defense, a lot. He also needs to know that is o.k to use a jab when working your way inside. However, even with those flaws, he is a handful for anyone in the division. If he improves on a few things then watchout because the guy is a monster in the ring. I keep hearing/reading about him being the new Gatti and I think that is a very good comparison, Katsidis is exciting.

I'd love to see him in the ring with Juan Diaz, David Diaz,Kid Diamond, or Jose Santa Cruz. Those are absolute wars that he could win as well (Juan Diaz would be the favorite though). Someone like Julio Diaz or Casamayor might be too good of boxers for Katsidis right now. But put him in with someone who is willing to engage, then wow. Too bad his fight with Guzman never came off.

First time i heard of or saw Kadsidis fight. The man is full of heart and determination and will be exciting to watch for years to come. I think a good boxer can, however, dominate him. Skills r a little raw still but none the less he did a great job.

Ya it's real , he got it after the Earl fight .

Katsidis' team is in talks with Juan Diaz's , and if that were to come off it'd be something special . Baby Bull would probably stand and trade with him too............
