Fantastic documentary, cheers :good Michael Watson potentially could have been the best post war Brit of the lot, real shame he never got that world title. I regard him as having been a world champion, he had the ability & beat both Benn & Eubank (twice) tho officially only beat Benn & both Benn & Eubank were great world champions. I wonder how he`s doing right now ?
Yes he seemed the better boxer out of the lot, I liked his style, quite green when he fought McCallum too.
Micheal also wrote a book about his life before and after the Eubank fight, its a very good read.I have it somewhere but cant find it to post the name.
British Boxing Legend. The aftermath of what happened to him saw huge changes in the way medical aid is used at fights. What happened to Watson saved other boxers lives.
