I believe he will come in about 240 or less because this is basically his last chance. If he loses this fight his boxing career will be limited, and he knows it, and his camp knows it. The other thing is his body is not the ripped muscular type body. He'd have to weigh 190-200 otherwise.

I like Arreola to come in the best possible shape. Then the fight will be much more competetive and nobody would eventually talk that Adamek beat out-of-shape Arreola. When Adamek was fihgting Estrada, Jason carried the lowest weight in his career.

 

Tomasz brings the best out of his opponents. They know he's the truth.

Wlodarczyk - how is czyk pronounced, is the Y like the Y in Yolk or Myth?

Names that end in W like Chernow or Kudrow. is it pronounced NOW and ROW or are the W's pronounced like V's like they are in Polish but when they use the name in English they just don't transliterate it properly? so is it pronounced Chernov/Kudrov or Chernow/Kudrow?

Arreola hasn't hit 240 since Chazz Witherspoon. I don't believe he can come in this low now. What he did to his body versus Vitali and then even more against Minto when he weighed a career high, was a disgrace. I dont think even Adamek can motivate this lard ass. When it comes to food, Arreola is an admitted abuser.

 

Just watched that fight. Chris is still pudgey at 240. He'll probably still gas out at this weight. I think if Adamek follows the right gameplan he can cruise to the UD no matter what weight his opponent will be.

Arreola is about the same height, or very close. And Arreola has alot of body fat encasing his chest and waiste. One undisciplined tub of lard. Adamek is muscle.

Here's hoping the admitted beer drinking before fights Arreola gets his fat ass handed to him.
